If you ask me, Finland has one of the worst cuisines of the world. It's not that we don't have the ingredients, but we just don't know what to make out of them and usually they just end up in some kind of slimy stew. Also, people tend to use a lot of frozen ingredients instead of fresh ones, which of course has its natural reasons: the earth of Finland is basically frozen during 7 months of the year.

Another adorable sausage sauce
Karelian stew (Karjalanpaisti) and this is also so typically Finnish: you just put some slices of tomatoes there, you don't prepare them in any way! Like "here's some vegetables", why make them taste of anything else than themselves?
Minced meat soup
Macaroni casserole (makaronilaatikko)
Bolognese sauce (jauhelihakastike)
